Stampin' Addicts Blog Hop: Designer Series Paper

http://www.stampinaddicts.com/forums/general-stampin-talk/9527-designer-series-paper-blog-hop.html
Welcome to the Stampin' Addicts Blog Hop!  Today we are focusing on the beautiful Designer Series Paper that is in the new catalog.  During the month of July, all regular Designer Series Papers are buy three get one free!  This is a great deal!  If you are hoping in order, you've arrived from Cindy's Heart's Delight Cards and her wonderful projects with Park Lane Designer Series Paper.  If this is your first stop, everything is linked in a circle so you won't miss a thing. If you get lost along the way, head on over to Stampin' Addicts to see a full list of hop stops.

My projects use the Back to Black Designer Series Paper.  Who doesn't love black and white paper?  Here is a look at the entire pack:

And here are the two cards I made with it:

Colors: Bermuda Bay, Whisper White and Basic Black.  Stamps: Lots of Thanks.  Accessories: Back to Black Designer Series Paper, and Brights Candy Dots.

Colors: Pool Party, Basic Black, and Whisper White.  Stamps: Friends Who Know.  Big Shot: Honeycomb Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and Labels Collection Framelits.  Accessories: Pool Party 1/4" Cotton Ribbon, Dazzling Details.
As you can tell, the prints and patterns in this pack are prefect to use together or on their own.  (And yes, they do go with more than blue tones, but I am on a blue kick right now).  I have another project I made with this paper that will be featured on the next The Stamp Review Crew Hop on July 21.  Be sure to come back and check it out then.

Now you are on to the next stop: Betty's Kitty Stamp Blog and her look at The Gold Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper.  Happy hopping and have a great day!

Gorgeous cards! I love the black & white with pops of blue! I'll come back later to read your words. :)

Fun! I really like that both cards are black, white and blue but one is bold and other has a softer feel.

Wow, 2 awesome black and white cards that "feel" so different. Love them both! You did a great job putting the patterns together with just the right pop of color.

I love black and white! Your banners on the first one are a great design element. The banner on the second card complements the sentiment perfectly.
