Wedding Heart

The two places I get the most inspiration for my life in general: the moments between sleep and awake in the morning and the shower.  This one came in the first.  I love the flower trim from the Spring Catalog.  I have posted a few projects using these in the past few weeks.  And I have several customers who have been requesting wedding cards.  So I merged the two together to make this:
Colors: Very Vanilla and Basic Black.  Stamps: Mr & Mrs.  Big Shot: Vintage Wallpaper Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Heart Collection Framelits.  Accessories: Flower Trim and Pearl Basic Jewels.
I thought the greeting might be a little too much for it.  So I made this one too:

Colors: Very Vanilla and Basic Black. Stamps: Itty Bitty Banners.  Big Shot: Vintage Wallpaper Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and Bitty Banner and Heart Collections Framelits.  Accessories: Flower Trim
Those that come to my class this weekend will have the option of either greetings on the card.  The secret to the perfect heart shape is to cut a heart with the framelits and covered it with adhesive.  Then I cut the flower trim into individual pieces and adhered them to the heart in the shape. Easy Peasy!

Gorgeous!! I think I like the first one better, with the big sentiment. I get my best ideas in the shower, too.

I like them both. Nice to give them an option.

What a great card - those roses are delicious on monochromatic cards, aren't they?

Oh, the roses make a beautiful heart! Although both cards are beautiful, the second one is my fave because the sentiment doesn't compete (size-wise) with the heart. But again, both are so pretty!
