September's Stampin' Buffet

I've missed doing my usual Stampin' Buffets this summer.  Now that school is back in session and my life is settling in to a routine, I'm excited to get back to it!  This buffet features projects for any and all occasions.  Many of the projects also feature something new.

WHEN: Saturday, September 11 from 11-4

WHERE: Red Robin in Murray. (316 E Winchester)

WHAT: A day of Stampin' Fun!  Check out the projects below and let me know which ones and how many of each you would like to make. Bring a friend new to my Stampin' Up classes and you will both receive a special treat.  And I will still be offering $5 off your class project fees with a $25 purchase from any of Stampin' Up's new catalogs.

RSVP:  801-557-3439 or paulastamps@gmail.com by noon on Wednesday, September 8.  I need to cut for this class on Thursday so please be prompt with your RSVPs.

*PLEASE NOTE*: Due to the increased cost in materials with the new catalog, the prices for my class projects has increased slightly. Thank you in advance for understanding.  Also, I'm still having camera issues so I apologize for the poor picture quality.

PROJECTS:
This month's scrapbook layout is perfect for celebrating your sports star, graduate or anyone else who is ready to "Go Confidently in the Direction of Your Dreams."  It features the new Celebrations Designer Series Paper from the Idea Book and Catalog and the new circle punch and the new Tasteful Trim Big Shot die from the Holiday Mini. Cost: $7.50

This month's treat holder was inspired by a swap I received at Stampin' Up Convention from Barbara Welch. It uses the Fancy Favor Big Shot Die and the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder.  And don't you just love that flower?  Once you learn this easy embellishment, you will be making them in every color to go on every project!  Cost: $2.50

BABY ONESIES: How fun are these baby cards that look like Onesies?  They look harder to create then they are.  Just a few punches and a little cutting and you have a cute card perfect for the next baby gift you give. Cost: $1.75

OWL: One of the fabulous new punches in this years catalog makes this cute owl so easy to make.  The sentiment reads: "You're in my thoughts; you're in my heart." Cost: $1.75

JUST BELIEVE: This card is also inspired by a swap I received at convention from Mary Haugen.  Love this new paper and this stamp set called "Just Believe" is my favorite from the new catalog.  So pretty and so versatile. Cost: $1.75

THYME HAPPINESS: "May Happiness touch your life today as warmly as you have touched the lives of others" is the message inside this card.  It features the new seam binding ribbon from the holiday mini and the color combo came straight off the fabulous new Color Coach. Cost: $1.75

WISH BIG: It's a little hard to tell from the picture, but the greeting has Iridescent Ice embossing powder on it to get it a little extra bling.  Cost: $1.75

ALWAYS: I made this card last month for my All You Can Stamp buffet but I don't think it even made it to the table so I am offering it again.  It features the new Elegant Soiree Designer Series Paper. Cost: $1.75

NOTE CARDS: I've had a request for months to make some of these simple note cards that you can use to write a quick note.  There will also be an option for a monogram on these as well.  Cost: 4 cards for $3.00.

CHARM SCHOOL: For those of you who bought the Simply Adorned charms in the spring, these are this months charms.  The picture is horrible, sorry.  I will also have the older charms there if you would like to get caught up.  It's not to late to join Charm School either.  The Charms are $22 (including shipping and tax) and must be ordered by Monday, September 6.  When you order the charms, you can make the charm inserts for free at each of my 2010 Buffets.
